He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin T. Knott and Louise Baldwin Knott; and his brother Wiley "Hunter" Knott. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his stepdaughter Milissa Hatch (John); his grandchildren, Johnathan, Parker and Elizabeth; his siblings, Rita Metcalf (Jeff), Rhonda Walker (Paul), Johnnie Knott (Audrey) and Stacy Strickland (Andy); his aunts, June Baldwin Love of Phenix, Janice Baldwin of Phenix and Barbara Davis of Hopewell; his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Emily, Robert, Randy, Magin, Jackson, Hunter, Drew and Carter; and his cousin Jennifer Williams.
