He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Lotus Marker, Raymond "Sonny" and Isabelle Wilmer. He is survived by: his sons, Jordan Henry Wilmer and Levi Robert Wilmer; his half-brother Raymond T. Wilmer; and his stepsiblings, Jessica L. Manley and Steven Anthony Dunn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Keysville Fire Department, Charlotte County Rescue Squad, and the Suicide Prevention life line.
