He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Bailey and Molly Bailey; and his brother Lewis Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Gerry W. Bailey; his son J. B. Bailey, Jr. (Janet); his grandchildren, Jill Keen (Brandon), Carrie Dorris (Brad) and Leslie Gibson (Scott); his brothers, Cephus Bailey (Juanita) and Verlian Bailey (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Lois Bailey. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
