He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Jones and Mary Elizabeth Jones; and his brother John Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lillian P. Jones of Keysville, VA; his son Darnell Jones of Saxe, VA; his grandsons, Jordan and Devin Jones; his daughter-in-law Angela Pulliam-Jones of Chesterfield, VA; and his siblings, Stephen Jones of Keysville, VA, Gloria Eanes of Richmond, VA, Lillie Mae Thompson of Keysville, VA, Mary Lou Jones of Farmville, VA, Cheryl Whitlow (Johnny) of Richmond, VA and Sandra Harding (Dennis) of Keysville, VA. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Giles-Harris Funeral Home (1304 N Main St, Chase City, VA 23924). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (2365 Old Kings Hwy, Keysville, VA 23947).
