It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Watts (Keysville, Virginia), who passed away on September 15, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Watts and Ethel Watts; and his brother Cecil Grey Watts. He is survived by: his siblings, William Albert Watts, Nell Watts Burney of Clarksville and Barbara "Polly" Watts Beard of Keysville; and his close friend Audrey Payne of Keysville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
