She was predeceased by: her husband Aubrey Green Puckett; her stepson Aubrey Alan Puckett; her parents, Tom Fore and Maggie Fore; her siblings, Arden, Enia Mae, Edith, Bob and Thelma Ann; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Michael and Adaline Belle Church.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey (Mike Church) and Mark (Alice); her grandchildren, Sam Church (Alice), Chelsie Novitske (Dylan), Andy, Dayna Puckett (Deanna) and Lindsey Puckett (Kyle Sterry); and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Michael and Aubree Paige Church.
