He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mallon and Theresa Hudson Mallon. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Marie Mallon; his children, John Mallon (Theresa) of Rocky Mt, Melissa Newton, Duana Haggerty of Canadesis, PA and Stacy Crommie of Reno; his siblings, Robert Mallon (Joann) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Nancy Decker of Green Bay, VA.; and his grandchildren, Sarah Newton, Tamatha Sue Harris, Randy and Zachary Crommie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
