He is survived by: his wife Quency I. Mosley; his sons, Edgar R. Mosley and Mark A. Mosley; and his siblings, Louise Atkinson, Edna Tucker, Alice Boise, Arthur "Pony" Mosley and Steve "PeeWee" Mosley. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
