It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Frederick Kemner (Keysville, Virginia), who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kemner and Dorthea Mortenson Kemner; and his daughter Kathy Whiteman. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; and his stepchildren, Steven of Virginia, Christopher Martin of Virginia and Melissa Dunn (Kevin) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
