He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Cole Foster and Martha Elizabeth Miller; and his niece Elizabeth Harris Klinger. He is survived by: his siblings, Madeline Foster Hall of Drakes Branch, VA, Hazel Foster Harris of Glen Allen, VA and Carroll Wesley Foster of Meherrin, VA.. He is also survived by His nieces, nephews, and grand-nephews.
