She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Rickman and Sally Rickman. She is survived by: her husband W. C. Hardy; her son James Caroll Bailey (Beverly); her stepdaughter Nancy Wakefield; and her grandchildren, Zachary and Rebecca Bailey. She is also survived by her many siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
