He is survived by: his parent Marjorie Kwiatkowski; his significant other Mary Ann; his children, Sara Murphy (Andrew) of Richmond and Matthew Kwiatkowski of Indianapolis; his sister Barbara Campbell of Fairfield Glade; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Clark, Owen Clark, Meghan Murphy, Anna Kwiatkowski and Ella Kwiatkowski.
