With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Clarence Long of Keswick, Virginia, born in Clifton Forge, Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles Austin Long; and his brothers, Henry, Charles, Lewis and James.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Long; his children, Mark Long (Kim), Barry Long and Kathy Hensley (Bruce); and his brother Robert Long (Betty). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
