It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Kitchen of Keswick, Virginia, born in Park Ridge, Illinois, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Bill DeBord; her grandson Stevie DeBord; and her parents, Martha Springer Sanders and Arthur Lee Sanders. She is survived by: her husband John Robert "Bob" Kitchen; her children, Leah B. Watson (Bari Gashi), Ann K. Watson, Lorrie Kitchen Nicholson (Steve) and John S. Watson (Diane); her grandchildren, Ian (Hillary), Sean Watson, Will, Dan DeBord, Allie Nicholson Crider (Matthew) and Bobby Nicholson; and her great grandchild Jacob Watson.
