He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Elmer Milks, Sr. and Lediah Hardy Milks; and his siblings, Doris Holland, Mildred Walton, Edith Walker, Lloyd Milks, Jr., Richard Milks, Robert Milks and Clayton Milks.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Smith Milks of Keswick; his daughters, Patricia Lancey (Scott), Virginia and Pamela Lynn Cannon (Michael); his grandchildren, Brandy Austin, Justin Farish, Josh Sobotincic, Lauren Sobotincic, Jordan Golladay and Corey Swisher; and his great grandchildren, Seth Wood, Izik Wood, Cameron Sobotincic, Ashton Wood, Noelle Harrison and Naomi Golladay.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to South Plains Presbyterian Church, PO Box 277, Keswick, VA 22947.
