He is survived by: his wife Linda Woodie Ballowe; his siblings, Phylis Justice, Nancy Taylor and Donald Ballowe (Wanda Ballowe); his sister-in-law Vickie Ballowe; his children, Kimberly B. Snoddy (Russell B. Snoddy) and Franklin E. Ballowe (Kimberly Ruth Ballowe); and his grandchildren, Caleb Barnes, Joshua Barnes, Matthew Barnes, Forrest Snoddy, Logan Snoddy, Savannah Snoddy, Lacey B Hill, Preston Ballowe, Benjamin Ballowe, Levi Ballowe and Gabriel Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
