He is survived by: his wife Kim Collins; his children, Cheyenne Collins and Braxton Collins; his brothers, Tony Shockley of Wise, VA and Johnny Shockley of Norton, VA; his parent-in-law Danny Fuson; his uncle Jimmy Collins; his sister Alice Collins; his brother-in-law Danny Fuson; and also Karen Fuson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and a host of friends.
