She was predeceased by: her father Henry Jerome; her former husband Robert "Bob" Neill Black; her husband Donald Leon Stallard; and her sister Elizabeth Frances "Bette" Falin. She is survived by: her brother Henry Jerome Farmer; her daughters, Sarah Phillips (Randy) and Lesa Worley (Jim); her stepsons, Mike Stallard (Donna), Greg Stallard and Tim Stallard; her grandchildren, Melissa "Missy" Hatcher (Daniel), Robert "Robbie" Worley and Jared Worley (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Duncan, Jackson, Emma, Elijah and Kalynn Worley.
