He is survived by: his wife Barbara Belcher; his son Joe Belcher of Nashville; his grandchildren, Beverly, Dexter, Gabrielle and Katherine; and his siblings, Axel Belcher (Shirley), Carroll Bowers and Debra Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
