He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Russell and Velma Russell; and his siblings, Earl, Darrell Russell and Evelyn McCracken.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Russell; his daughters, Kelli Holbrook and Chasity Carrera of Norton, VA; and his siblings, Rick of Keokee, VA, Howard Russell of Keokee, VA, Donna Smith (Robert) of Keokee, VA, Lori Garrett (Rod) of Keokee, VA, Sue Ratcliff (Jeff) of Keokee, VA and Lisa Lee of Keokee, VA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
