It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Artrip of Keokee, Virginia, born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Artrip and Geraldine Artrip; and his brother Kenneth Artrip. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Artrip; his children, Travis Artrip, Steven Artrip and Kelly Artrip; his grandson William Wagner; his sisters, Nina Woods (Honk) of Dryden, VA, Teresa Ward (Charles), Regina Massengill (Bill) of Keokee, VA and Pam Hilton (Robert Estep) of Kingsport, TN; and his sister-in-law Debbye Artrip.
Due to Covid-19 state regulations, there are only 10 people allowed inside the funeral home and at the cemetery, those attending the visitation and funerals at Province Funeral Homes are asked to wear mask/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
