He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Nannie Maggard (Carroll); and his siblings, Edna Kelly, Virginia Davis and Palmer Maggard.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michelle Wade (Gene) of Homesmill, KY, Big of Homesmill, KY, Charlie Davis (Melissa) of Homesmill, KY, Pam Begley of Homesmill, KY, Claressa "Sissy" Young of Homesmill, KY, Phyllis Kelly of Homesmill, KY, Barbara Roberts (Bob) of Homesmill, KY, Quentin Kelly (Claudia) of Homesmill, KY, Carolyn Kelly of Homesmill, KY and David Kelly of Homesmill, KY; and his sister-in-law Sue Maggard.
