He is survived by: his wife Regina B. Williams of Kenbridge; and his children, Crystal Williams of Chesapeake, Nathan Shafer of North Port, Jason Shafer of North Port and Ernest Shafer of Rossford, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a host of loving brothers and sisters.
