He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucius Winn and Paulene Coleman Winn; his children, Patricia Ann Winn McMiller, Shirley Delores Winn and Darnell Winn; his siblings, Lucius Jr., Michael Winn and Phyllis Winn Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Lindsey Derricott and Jerlene M. Winn.
He is survived by: his wife Pattie Mae; his children, Lawrence Laurel (Sandra), Wilbur Bernard, Anthony Lionel (Thomasina) and Nina Baskerville Bridgeforth (Calvin); his siblings, Hazel Stokes (Henry), Howard Winn, Roy Winn (Josie), Dorothy Freeman (Linwood), Larry Winn (Nancy), Carlize Winn (Madlyn) and Darlene Derricott; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Graves (Tommie), Estelle Johnson (Floyd), Penny Capers (Donnell), Bill Meredith (Clara), Lloyd Meredith and James Meredith (Doris). He is also survived by Seven grand-daughters, three grandsons, twelve great-grandchildren.
