He is survived by: his mother Mabel Bell (Harris); his children, Pamela Phillips (Baltimore, MD), Glenda Kornegay (Landover, MD), Kalsha Bell (Owing Mills, MD) and William Fredrick Bell, Jr. of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Demetric Phillips, Deant'e Phillips (Jasmine), Davion Birdsong, Imia Keys-Bell and Bryce Davis; and his great grandchildren, A'nasia, Monte', Kassidy, Karter, Kane and Harper. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
