He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Raymond Hite, Jr. (Susan) of Kenbridge, Lance Hite (Dennise) of Richmond, Cassie Payne (Charlie) of Fredericksburg and Candace Barnette (Jerry, Jr.) of Kenbridge; his grandchildren, Raymond Edward Hite, Mary Kathryn Hite, Sidney King, Karli Hite, Mary-Claire Hart, Lyla Hart, Libby Payne, Charlotte Barnette, Caroline Barnette and Jack Barnette; and his siblings, Francis Hite, Jr. (Brenda) of Richmond, Mary Martha Butler (Bill) of Chesterfield and Theresa Gorman (Mike) of Tappahannock. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Raymond never met a stray cat or dog he didn't want to help, therefore memorial contributions may be made to the Southside SPCA attn.
