She was predeceased by: her husband H. B. "Jack" Powers; her parents, Lena Bradshaw and Percy Bradshaw; and her sister Martha Stephenson Ball. She is survived by: her caregivers, Marjorie, Joy Baskerville, Kariatu "KayKay" Jabbie and Nicole Foster. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
