She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Elbert Gee; and her grandson Christopher J. Burgay. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Gee, Larry Gee, Susan G. Wilkerson (Ray) and Sheryl L. Gee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
