He is survived by: his wife Leona Edson Ragan of Kenbridge; his children, Debbie Ragan of Newport News, VA, Joseph D. "Joey" Ragan, III (Enid) of Austin, TX, Daniel "Dan" Ragan (Mary Beth) of Springfield, VA, Donna Lang (Scott) of Abilene, TX, David Weikle of Terrell, NC and Lynn Mazzello (Joe) of Lorton, VA; and his siblings, Michael Ragan (Beth) of Nashua, NH and Katherine Riley (Steve) of Evanston, IL.
