He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Davis and Amanda Davis; and his sister Mary Lee Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Angie Dale Davis, Eddie Davis and Roy Davis; his wife Faye H. Davis; and his children, Stephanie Boim (Dave) and John Wayne Davis, Jr. (Abby).
