He is survived by: his wife Valerie H. Arrington; his son William Edward Arrington (Kathleen) of South Hill; his stepchildren, Candice Ennis of Baltimore, MD, Chuck Ennis of Baltimore, MD and Chris Shores (Zoe) of Blackstone, VA; his stepgrandsons, Christopher Shores of Blackstone and Luke Shores of Blackstone; and his sister Gloria Cliborne (Earl) of Chase City, VA..
