We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 91, Gloria Lee Boswell Bruce of Kenbridge, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Boswell and Louise Boswell; her husband Nathaniel Bruce; her daughter Patricia Sanders; her siblings, Katrina Bell, Benjamin Boswell and John Boswell; and her close friend William Reese.
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Cabiness (Kennard, Sr.), Nicole Bruce (James), Khalil Bruce and Jamal Bruce (Lauren); her grandchildren, Michael, Jerome, Kennard, Jr., Kelis, Caleaf, Rajah, Mykell, Leila, Jarmal, Jr., Pashence, Jayla, ZoeMiya, SemaJ and Afrika; and her sister Violet Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Due to age and physical difficulties, Gloria moved in with her daughter, Gwendolyn... she stayed there throughout the covid epidemic until her health required the service of Heritage Hall Nursing Facility.
