He is survived by: his wife Barbara Davis of South Hill; his son Brian Spencer (Lo'Raine); his grandchildren, Sakhyran Little and Ahkhylah Spencer; his stepgrandson Je'mez Brown of Keysville, Virginia; and his siblings, Herbert Spencer and Annie Quiero (Avon). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
