He was predeceased by: his mother Josy Lawrence Moore. He is survived by: his wife Connie Gaskins Moore; his daughter Tracy Moore; his father Rev. Charles A. Moore, Sr.; his sisters, Kathy Baker (Tim) and Betsy Draper (Calvin); and his aunt Ann Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
