He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Mills Cabaniss; and his parents, Richard Aubrey Cabaniss and Nettie Laffoon Cabaniss. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Katherine Cabaniss, Elliott Cabaniss, Larry Cabaniss and Richard Cabaniss. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
