He is survived by: his son David; his wife Rita Camara Newcomb; his sons, Fred Allen Newcomb (Debra Lynn) of Laurinburg, NC and Michael Anthony Newcomb (Ronda Gail) of Poplar Grove, IL; and his brother Robert Lynn Newcomb (Judy) of Bassett, NC.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
