She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard Wayne Wingfield; her parents, Harry Moon and Martha Kramer Moon; her son Robert Lee "Bob" Wingfield; and her sister Christine Maxwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. William R. "Bill" Wingfield (Janis) of Keller and Joseph M. "Joe" Wingfield (Charlotte) of Keller; her brother Bill Moon (Edie) of Martinsville, WV; her grandchildren, Lee Wingfield (Angie) and Autumn Mapp (John Tay); and her great grandchildren, Eric Nottingham (Kalyn), Taylor Nottingham, Willow and Allison Wingfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
