She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Reade and Hazel Ludine Reade; and her spouse Russell Lang Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hopkins Kelly (Frank G. Kelly III) of Yorktown, VA, Patsy Hopkins Carpenter (John C. Carpenter) of Yorktown, VA, John Lloyd Hopkins of Keller, VA and Mark Rodney Hopkins (Madeline Hopkins) of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
