It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Nelson Armentrout (Keezletown, Virginia), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Armentrout and Maud Beam Armentrout; his wife Marie Catherine Armentrout; and his siblings, Galen "Buster" Armentrout, Glenn Armentrout, Paul "Tickie" Armentrout, Esta Phillips and Neeva Seekford.
He is survived by: his daughter Phyllis L. Armentrout (Walter) of Keezletown; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Phillips of Keezletown, Ruth Reid of Shenandoah, Wayne Phillips of Broadway and Harold Seekford of McGaheysville.
