She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis William Howard and Mary "Eloise" Howard (Powers). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Frances Howard, Paul Alan Howard (Maggie DiSandro) and William Reid Howard (Stephanie Howard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, foster children and chosen family and friends.
