We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Carolyn Stoutamyer Layman of Keezletown, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Marshall and Hattie Catherine Shifflett Stoutamyer; her husband Robert Lee "Bobby" Layman; and her brother Dennis Stoutamyer. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy W. Layman (Dedra) of Keezletown and Scott A. Layman (Jackie) of McGaheysville; her sisters, Shirley Huffer of Mt. Solon and Loretta Eavers of Mt. Solon; and her grandsons, Jeremy Layman, Jacob Layman and Ryan Layman. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
