She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Smith and Dorothy Smith (Armentrout); her brother Ronald Smith; her brother-in-law Carl Armentrout; and her nephew Wade Armentrout.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Armentrout; her niece Carla Newman (Jeff); her niece-in-law Kathy Armentrout; her nephew William Armentrout; her sister-in-law Peggy Smith; her niece Kim Lam; her nephew Greg Smith; and also, Scott, Jenny Dillard, Leigha and Haiden.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to Keezletown United Methodist Church, 1456 Indian Trail Rd, Keezletown, VA 22832.
