She was predeceased by: her father William Russell; her husband Charles Edward Raines Jr.; her son Phillip "Phil" Raines; her siblings, Everette Rodgers, William Rodgers Jr., Wanda Rodgers, Nell Bauserman, Jane Blosser, Glenna Wonderly and LaVan Meadows; her grandson Andy Morris; her great grandchild Ryker Balice; and her son-in-law Mel Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Raines III (Barbara), Letitia "Tish" Morris, Deborah "Debbie" Raines and Rebecca "Becky" Mayes (JR). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
