She is survived by: her husband Billy K. Welch, Sr.; and her children, William Welch (Paula), James Welch (Angie), Debbie Preston (Ed) and Teresa Welch. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
