He is survived by: his wife Sherri Caudill; his daughter Eleisha Caudill; his sister Wilma Martin; his nephew David Sword; and his nieces, Janie Miles and Sabrina Woliver. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
