She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry and Lillie Davis; and her stepbrother Daniel Vaughn. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Elliott; her children, Jayden Walker Elliott, Kaitlyn Hale of Coeburn, VA, Chelsea Ayers of Jonesville, VA and Dara Rogers of Jonesville, VA; her stepsons, Dawson Elliott of Kingsport, TN and Dylan Elliott of Rye Cove, VA; her parents, Albert Vaughan and Mary Vaughan; and her siblings, Bobby Galey of Jonesville, VA and Kristy Vaughan of Lee County, VA..

In lieu of flowers all donations can be made towards Tonya's funeral expenses.
