He is survived by: his wife Lecia Fay Coleman Marshner; his children, Philip Harry Marshner, Jr. (Jenna) and Michelle Anthony (Michael); his siblings, Gene Frank Marshner and Rosalee Vesta Marshner Carlyle; his sister-in-law Sharon Mallet; his stepchildren, Alan David Lambert II (Bobby Kay), Melissa Doby (George) and Jennifer Stafford (Floyd); and his pet Ralph. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
