He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Collins and Blake Collins; his sisters, Patricia Swain (James), Tammy Dean and Debbie Thompson; his grandsons, Lincoln Kade Collins and Jackson Wayne Collins; his uncle Billy Nipper (Ann); his aunt Inez Collins; and his friend Donna Gibson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
