He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Gollahan and Kitty Gollahan (Parkey); his wife Faith Marie Gollahan (Bledsoe); and his siblings, Rex, William, Ray, Joe Gollahan, Judy Smith and Betty Kollgia.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Miracle (Jim) and Harvey Gollahan. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
