We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Linda Hines Bacon of Jonesville, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Omer Hines and Mildred Hines; and her sister Patricia Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Mike Bacon; her son David Bacon (Kim); her grandchildren, Chris, Dalton and Sara; and her sister-in-law Mary Kay Bacon.

In lieu of flowers, Linda requested that memorial donations be made to the Community Christian Church of Rose Hill, P.O. Box 106, Rose Hill, VA, 24281.

“We were so saddened to hear of Linda's passing. It was just weeks before that she entertained us at her home and what a most gracious hostess she was. We were thinking of a trip next summer to see her again and her son David and hopefully his family. And thinking about our trip, I would have loved for her to visit us. We so enjoyed talking to her.
